There's been a change of Sailing Captain at Mumbles YC recently so apologies for lack of information in this regard. The Challenge is is due to start at approx 12:00hrs this Saturday. The course is basically from Mumbles to Oxwich back to Mumbles across Swansea Bay towards Jersey Marine and back to Mumbles, for slower cats you don't need to do the last bit around the Bay. Each Cat must carry a paddle, tow rope, vhf radio or mobile phone and a flare. Sunday consists of 3 windward ,leeward races. Both events are scored using TEXEL 2010 ratings.
