Congratulations to Sarah Treseder on her appointment to http://yachtsandyachting.com/news/?article=149027 - take over from Rod Carr as the RYA's CEO . In addition to continuing the good work the RYA do at the Olympics and at youth level, I do hope that she will give club sailing and grass-root adult sailing a bit more support (but not interference!).

Edit: I realise this is not an ideal place to post this, but wasn't sure where to put it.  Feel free to move it somewhere more appropriate, Mark/Mags.
