Hi Folks, I'm sure this question has been asked before but I can't find the answer anywhere: How much does a Laser weigh complete with trolley and road base ? My new car's handbook says that it can tow 400kg (unbraked) and I'm pretty sure that a Laser is a lot less than that but I just wondered if anyone knows?
Many thanks in advance,
Nigel

um yes it is a lot less.
According to Y+Y the Laser weighs 60Kg, I reckon the trailer and roadbase are about the same, so all up less than 150Kgs, so your car should be fine.

Nigel I wouldn't have thought you'd have any trouble at all towing a laser with your 500.
