I'm trying to add an extra block/purchase to my Lightning368 boom. I have all the bits - except one - a boom slider (?) to mount the second boom block onto. Ive bought two so far - both from sailboats.co.uk & neither fit (one too wide in the track, one too thin) .. any ideas where i might find this pesky little piece???

Why do you need another boom slider to add more purchase? i would think on a lightning all you would need is a cascade into a double block like my poorly drawn picture:

I think he means an extra mainsheet block rather than kicker...

If it's loose footed you could go for a ti-lite.

You could always just file a bit off the wide one, shouldn't take more than a couple of minutes.
