Hi Guys
How do you scarf join 2mm ply?
Understand how to do anything thicker like 25mm solid section but not something as thin as 2mm.

The Mothies can probably tell you better, but I used a belt sander to do an "OK if covered with paint" scarf on some 3mm or 4mm last year for my first attempt at one...

The above link shows how to do it with 6mm ply, but 2mm might be somewhat more fiddly...

I'm not sure if 2mm is thick enough for a scarf to work, is there any way you can attach another piece of ply to the underside, so it overlaps the join? Then epoxy the new piece on top so the overlapping material underneath takes the load.
