How heavy do i have to be for each set of racks,,,,,,Wide racks..?KG,,,,,,,,,,Narrow racks..?KG

If I remember correctly its upto 80kg on wide and 75kg an over for narrow, so small window in the middle where you can choose.

Best to check with the class rules first though which are on the RS website.

i belive you need to carry lead if you are between the two weights to compensate.
