How difficult is it to repair a carbon hull we put a trap hook through it just dented the foam core,

Am I right in thinking that I just have to layer up a new outer shell if so does it have to be carbon sheets or will fiberglass doo and were do you get carb on repair packs from?

Cheers for any help Richard

If its a dent with no broken fibres then unless its huge just fill fair and paint. If there's a small hole then a patch of carbon over then fill fair and paint is usually fine.

You don't need to get into the major work you're describing unless there is really serious stuff. Post a couple pics here and on the 14 forum if you're unsure.

Plenty of background on this sort of thing in the tech support pages on the Cherub site. Its a valuable resource for high tech boat maintenance.
