So do the swedes hate us (team GBR)? Did you look at the faces of the very disappointed swedish spectators when perce & bart 'stole their gold'. Remember that goody had stuffed a swede for his gold earlier in the series.and the 'swedish media were very angry' (to papraphrase sailjuice.com) If you look at the total medal table you can see why - without Carolina Kluft in the womens heptathlon, then they've currently only got 3 silvers (apart from Loof's bronze) in road cylcing and mesns doubles tennis.. thoughts? |
