Any reasonable boat yard should be able to help you out. If it is only leaking at the bottom where the mast foot may have ground through it then you can do it yourself by making sure the boat is dead level and pouring some expoxy down it (I have seen this doen several times to older boats with good success but I dont know how much epoxy they used).

Thanks for the advice, But I dont think it is leaking from the very bottom because when you pour water in it does not all leak away, think there maybe around 10mm always left at the bottom, I am quite new to boat repairs, I talked to someone from branfibre in Oxford the chap I spoke to used to repair lasers and sounded very knowledgeable about laser repairs but it is just to far to take the boat over to Oxford.
I didnt want a botched job doing, ( I could do that myself  lol) so I was looking for a recommendation from some one who had had a good repair in the past.
Cheers

DO NOT use epoxy to fix a Laser.  It is made with polyester resin and epoxy will not adhere to the surface very well.  You should use polyester resin to fix polyester boats and epoxy to fix epoxy boats don't mix!

Fixing the mast step/tube is straight forward if its not gone too far but you will have to put a hatch in the deck if the tube is cracked part way up.
