I am thinking of purchasing a teak alternative I have heard of Aikona and got a few samples from them.  It looks ok, I was wondering if anyone has fitted it before?  Easy or hard?

Rob,

I've never used it, but there is a good discussion on boatdesign.net http://boatdesign.net/forums/showthread.php?t=6540&highlight=tek+dek - here , about the merits of Tek-Dek, which I guess is something similar.  The site is full of knowledgable (and helpful) people, so you might be best of asking there.
