This is a bit of a strange one - my parents used to sail J17 in Chichester Harbour. They are coming up to their 50th wedding anniversary and I thought I would put some of their life together in photographs - but there are no photos of them sailing! So now I am hoping for any photos of a Jolly Boat from the 50s/60s/70s, for the atmosphere.

Many thanks

Join the CVRDA forum and post there, they're in contact with most active Jollyboats in the UK...

J17 was their boat! I will follow that up.
I hadn't realised there was a forum on cvrda so will go there too.

The photo is great - I shall find some way to work it in, unless any of 17 come up.

Many thanks!

Thank you for your support - I found a George O'Day 1956 poster on the internet in the end, which was perfect as it was their sails at least, being used. Not my mother at the helm as she did not know how to sail at that point, she only became a trapeze artiste in '57.
