Listened to it on the online radio.
Interesting to see what happens in race two.

Seems that SUI 100 is slighly faster than NZL 92, but ETNZ are sailing the boat better. It was noticable that the swiss spinnaker colapsed more on the gybes.

I had hoped for a close match and I think we've got one.

The atmosphere in Valencia was brilliant.

What a finish for New Zealand. Why on earth did Brad allow a 1300m seperation to develop?

Picture is of the back up boat going out on Sunday

I watched the race highlights this morning , Russel Coutts was on with the Commentory team and he couldn't believe that Alinghi didn't Gybe ,what a race .It has been interesting hearing how he see's it ,I think Alinghi are missing him

So 2 all, Brad kept a lot closer tabs on Dean today. This may go all the way. That means there must be a race on Sunday.

This protest will be interesting , a safety issue, will it cost Alinghi a race?

My cousin lost a regatta because he didn't have a radio on board after winning it . I guess rules are rules .

Rules are also stupid.

It's not like the mainsail droppability affects the boat speed and it's a sailing race not a health and safety competition.

I suppose if there was a major problem ,and the sail had to come down quickly not being able to drop it could be dangerous

It wouldn't be the America's Cup with out a protest!

It seems no one broke any rules after all. Now back to the racing. Right hand advantage seems to be a key factor when the the conditions are stable
