It's in a really pretty place and it's in Spain and it's really pretty and the sea is blue...not grey like England and it's in Spain and soooo prettyand blue sea and pretty and wow! hehe!!

Wish me luck!

Sounds good, but will you get to teach in english or have you got to learn all the spanish sailing terms?

Thanks, Well it will mainly be Spanish people but some English tourists. Yes, I will have to learn the Spanish sailing terms but I think it will be fun!

Useless Info for you...

When we say that we have 'turned turtle' as in capsize completely, the Spanish say 'keel to the sun'! I thought that was nice!

I remember some spanish 420 sailors at an international event being told that the correct term for "starboard" in english was:

"get out of my f***ing way"

and hearing it from the other side of the race course!

LOL!

Yes it's pretty, I am working there now, It's amazing i'm being paid t go sailing, I teach Spanish kids in Optimists at the weekends which is a challenge as there's 10 of them at a time!

My boss bought me a laser as well! An old one that i have now made look pretty!! It's called Estrella (Star in Spanish) and has two little stars on it. I can use it to go to the races here and be sponsored by the company.
