the automatic

The Automatic Monster Lyrics

Brain fried tonight through misuse
Through misuse, through misuse
You can't avoid static abuse
Abuse, abuse

Without these pills you're let loose
You're let loose, you're let loose
Take off, get out, no excuse
No excuse, no excuse

What's that coming over the hill
Is it a monster? Is it a monster?
What's that coming over the hill
Is it a monster? Is it a monster?
What's that coming over the hill
Is it a monster? Is it a monster?
What's that coming over the hill?

Confused, mind bruised, it seeps out
It seeps out, it seeps out
Face down, home town looks so grey
Looks so grey, looks so grey

Convexed you bend, twist and shout
Twist and shout, twist and shout
Stand up brush off get moving
Get moving, get moving

What's that coming over the hill
Is it a monster? Is it a monster?
(x4)

Face down, home town, face down, home town
Face down, home town, it looks so grey
(x4)

What's that coming over the hill
Is it a monster? Is it a monster?
(x4)

Isn't he that obnoxious little prick from a really crap reality tv show?

Yes TT.
He's also a terrible victim of profit crazed record labels and marketing companies.  Is he always going to be called "little chris"??  What happens when his voice breaks?  Yup, swallowed up and spat back out by the commercial music industry.  A mockery.  Oh well....serves the lil prick right!

Well my song stuck in my head all day has been See No Evil by Television.

"Chelsea Daggers" by the Fratellies, once it starts going in my head can hardly shift it. Other one, Johny Cash "Ring of fire", was plaguing me all yesterday whilst splicing fiddly stupid ropes on the boat yesterday.

I have "The Cure - Lovecats" stuck in my head since sailing on saturday. The little Europe seems to go better when I sing to her! (Probably trying to escape my yowlings)

(P.S, see what I did there? Lovecats... Yowling...? I crack myself up sometimes )

You could have rescued yourself there by saying you were taking the piss/ emplying irony, but with that last post you've made your hole pretty big

To clarify, Little Chris is truely crap. Of course that's subjective, but the only thing I can think of that is more cheesy is anything by My Chemical Romance .

...back to the subject.... I'm liking the MaccabeesX-Ray at the moment. Also check out 'The Strange Death of Liberal England'- a Day another Day, if not for the nice melow sound, for the name (a book I think, will be relevant for those taking AS History)

Solo fleet captain at HISC's boat is called "A Paler Shade of Grey", and always causes me to get "A Whiter Shade of Pale" totally stuck in my mind!
