Sadly, I think I can name them all, or at least say how they were referred to in a show! Down to Frank 'Grimsey' Grimes in A4 and Lyle Lanley in G5/6! Here are a couple of challenges:

Wasn't it because it's not the real Seymour Skinner but his best friend from 'nam who stole his identity when he came back to Springfield?
And the dog's called Laddie. He's a superdog. I think Bart bought it with a fake credit card, and swapped Santa's Little Helper when the repo men came to get it back. Bart eventually feels remorseful and gets his dog back. Laddie turned out to be too good for the police, cos it sniffed the wacky baccy in one of the officers' pocket How far out am I?

BNS - nearly dead on with Laddie. The wacky baccy was in the blind man's pocket though. Skinner's real name is Armand Tamzarian and the real Seymour Skinner was his Sergeant in Vietnam who had been imprisoned for a long time. Next questions:
