On the 26th December while sitting in a hotel lounge in a small village just outside St. Anton in Austria playing cards i swear i hear someone start to quote these forums, speciffically the thread on sueing rescue boats. Unfortunatly i didnt get a chance to talk to them. So i thought id ask when i got back.

Who was it?

(They might not be back yet as they were part of a coach group and arrived just before i left)
