Just order the new kite and hide one of the old ones. The "budget holder" will never know as long as it is the same colour as the last ones.....

Why not try the "someone has fixed it for me trick", providing your replacing like for like!!!
I've asked for a new carbon tiller, not sure how that will be disguised when wrapping it up?

Has your GPS arrived yet Stu? I had to give mine to the parents to be wrapped! I'm getting a bike computer too to help with the fitness training for the mega charity event. Lots of warm clothes so I can cope with my transition from the sunny south coast to the centre of boat building excellence in Derby

Three men died on Christmas Eve and were met by Saint Peter at the Pearly gates.
"In honour of this holy season," Saint Peter said, "you must each possess something that symbolises Christmas to get into heaven." The first man fumbled through his pockets and pulled out a lighter. He flicked it on. It represents a candle, he said. You may pass through the Pearly gates, said Saint Peter.
The second man reached into his pocket and pulled out a set of keys. He shook them and said, "They're bells." Saint Peter said you may pass through the pearly gates.
The third man started searching desperately through his pockets and finally pulled out a pair of women's panties. St. Peter looked at the man with a raised eyebrow and asked, "And just how do those symbolise Christmas?"
The man replied, "They're Carols." And So, The Holiday Season Begins....!

wooh!!! I got socks for the first time ever!!! Id have been well gutted
if id gone my entire life without getting socks for christmas. Next
year Im going to start my attempt at watching a queens speech.
My sailing related presents consist of a drysuit (looks like I might be
joining all those pansy scotishers in copping out of a wetsuit at the
next event then...) and a pair of boots a size or 2 too small.
Apparently I said I needed new ones arounf the time when I bought
myself some new top-notch gill ones about 6 months back. Wooh.
Hope everybody has a good one and gets as drunk as is dictated by
christmas law. Except you Calum. We all know what happens then.

Im not worried about pictures of me sailing a SMOD... im worried about pictures of me swimming around a SMOD!
In my defence though chris I didnt ask for a drysuit, nor pay for it and
therefore stand by my claim that southerners are just plain better than
you. I will likely be wearing it but only on the grounds that I dont
want to upset my lovely parents if they think I dont like it blah blah blah blah blah blah blah
...and the look on calums face when I surfaced 20ft upwind made that particular gybe allllll worth it
