I think that the problem with being a short arse has been well documented in the show.... you can't reach the top of the cool wall!!

Hope he gets well soon. Won't be the same without him.

He was trying to break the british land speed record and was apparently close to 300mph when he crashed. Only one of the parachutes worked so the car went off the end of the runway into the grass and rolled numerous times.

The prognosis is that the hospital is hopeful he will make a good recovery.

That doesn't sound so great...

Not all chemicals are bad. Without chemicals such as hydrogen and
oxygen, for example, there would be no way to make water, a vital
ingredient in beer.

Scoobysimon, how did I ever guess you were a Pistonheader???  Did you do PistonFest this year, it was a good laugh (if a little wet!!)

Best of luck to the Hamster, he's up and about now, so let's hope he'll make a full and speedy recovery.  And lets also hope that the leftie treehuggers are in NO WAY able to put pressure on the BBC to axe what is far and away the best programme on TV bar none.

Good old Hammond, I even had a "I AM A REACHING GOD!!!" moment for him today, bless.
