We're planning on coming to the Cat Open at Grafham, could someone please tell me......is the tide in or out??

given the state of some lakes in the UK, it is doing fine.

tide is out a few meters, but not much - More than pelnty of H2o for the open

Maybe I'll look at the web cam in the morning, kind of dark, yet sparkley.

As long as there's enough we'll probably go for it, need to wash the salt off the boat anyway.

Remember all you single handed cat sailors (well the faster ones anyway) we have a special start / results for us and my spies tell me there will be a lot of A classes attending as they are also using the open as their Nationals.

 

It is looking lke we will have a good turn out !

If you're into tides. Mumbles UK had one of the highest tides in the World last week. Springs and a couple of F18's= 13+ meters.  (most of this is true, but they were neap tides last week)

i think there should be a very good turnout of A classes at grafham.simon northrop has just started importing them from italy we delivered the first two to minnis bay this weekend and have had a huge amount of interest so far.
