Depends what the damage is. I plan on coming to Chew within the next couple of weeks, so I can have a look if you want.

^yeah that.

What type of damage would help too... if its a person sized hole then youd probibly need to get the whole panel replaced, if its a tiller extension sized hole then a bit of tape would do the trick.... In between it gets a bit more complicated.

Edit: Stu stop saying what im about to say 10 minutes before I click send and making me look like a post-whoring muppet, damn you!

Sounds just like delamination to me? Does the cloth look like its bubbling?

Just means the sail is getting old mate...  as far as I know theres nothing that can be done... laminate sails last longer without stretching than dacron but once they start to fail they tend to go downhill very quickly.

If you've got small wear points then cutting pieces from a sail number gives a much neater job than duct tape.

You don't say how old your sail is...

Maybe you should start saving for a new one?

Sorry to hear of the snapped mast BUZZ.

Sound more serious than an aging sail. I imagine nobody was hurt?
