The coverage of sailing is even worse than previous years. Just watched the women’s skiff medal race. The commentator was useless he can’t have even read the sailing instructions. What a shower of sh1t.

The whole thing has been a amateurish shambles, switching through BBCiplayer the commentary doesn't switch or you have both together.

I record all the BBC coverage but have only managed to find IQ foil and a little bit if skiff coverage. I've come to accept that the commentary can be amateurish at times. No windsurfer refers to their board as a boat, or the nose as the bow.

BBC have to go cap in hand to Eurosport/discovery for content.

BBC coverage is as bad as the racing format which was a total charade.

The format for the foiling windsurfing was just pants. What’s the point of the having the whole qualifying series if your just going to decide the medals with a one off race.
If your going to do this you might as well just have one longer mass start race and not bother with other races at all .
