WoooooHooooooo! Contender443 and myself took part in the Christmas Cruiser, at Royal Lymington YC on Tuesday. I had the all-important task of "dead weight" and the skipper's precise instructions were: "Get out of the way!"

Don't care, I had my camera, teeehee.

It was great fun, although a little chilly at times. Can't wait to go again, in the summer this time   Big smile

She forgot to mention that we were first over the line at the start, first over the line at the finish ans second overall on handicap.

Not bad for a 36 foot cruising boat with an inexperienced crew. (Mind you we did pass one boat on the finish leg. They were well and truley stuck in the Lymingtom mud.)

Yep, and there it is - taken over a considerable distance from a moving yacht with a x12 zoom, then cropped - all that to explain the poor image quality .

Only one thing to do: wait for the tide to pick them up!
