Waves breaking over Harbour wall look interesting.

Its a common problem.
Someone has the bright idea "We need a dedicated website for the event"
But then they don't really think about who's going to maintain it, whether they are thoroughly in contact with the organisers and everything else, and all the little boring detail that goes into actually producing something functional during the event.

Then, even worse, it disappears after the event and everything disappears. Better in my opinion to work with your main class webmaster and properly integrate it all with your main web presence. Its all a sore point at the moment.

Curse of Wind Guru strikes again.

My spy tells me that the harbour master canned it first thing yesterday as an easterly F5 was due to kick in and a swell from that direction would prevent sailors and ribs re-entering the harbour. Of course the forecast was wrong and they missed a glam day's sailing.

Clive is entirely correct. The harbour master called it based on the forecast so we had our lay day early. Three races today in light to medium breeze.

And still no updated results posted on either website or Y&Y news feed. Great shame, so much technology available and so little effort to promote the class.

Looks like there are some protests to be resolved which is what is delaying the results.
