Have a look at http://www.teamracing.org - www.teamracing.org for standard UKTRA NOR & SIs

Long time since I looked at 2 boat teams but if you identify the format in the NOR, the rest automatically follows (I think).

The main difference between 2 & 3 boat teams is covered in Scoring - AppD 3.1(d) where 2 boat teams can obviously finish on equal points. The rule refers to the first placed boat but in simple terms, if your team has finished last (with no penalties to either team), you lose the race.

If you need to get into detail, Martin Smethers (ex UKTRA Chairman) is a good source of info  mailto:martinsmethers@compuserve.com - martinsmethers@compuserve.com
