Another question that comes to mind as I consider returning to dinghy's, and more specifically a Blaze is the question of knee pads.

We all know you should try and keep on your feet but those that have sailed a Blaze will know that in a Blaze, that's not always that easy so what are the best knee pads on the market at the moment?

Cheers

Ian

I use decathlon volley ball knee pads, same as sailing stuff but way cheaper

I use these -  http://www.crewsaver.com/Leisure/p/4791/deep-knee-pad" rel="nofollow - http://www.crewsaver.com/Leisure/p/4791/deep-knee-pad

Seem to have a good compromise of protection, staying in place during capsizes & not cutting off blood supply to lower legs!  And at under £20 not hugely expensive.

check screwfix, got some good ones!

those Spinlock ones always cracked me up... "massive Halo style dinghy armour"... surprised GRF hasn't started flogging something similar online with all his anti-BA/pro-windsurfing ranting
