Does anyone know of an online source of tidal stream info for Bridlington? So far google doesn't.

Failing that, can anyone give any general hints on what happens current-wise in the bay?

Thanks

Have you tried the RYA? Back in the day they used to keep data like this.

I can't tell if you're joking or not. We really need an "I'm not taking the piss, honest" emoticon for moments like these.

I'm sure there are individuals who would have this, but I'd be amazed if there was some central resource that members could tap into. Any ideas who to ask?

No I wasn't joking back in my time they used to have records for sailing areas, tactical stuff what to look out for, tides, wind bends all that sort of stuff, but I have to say I wouldn't know who to ask either these days.

Yes Graeme,
Thanks for sharing that link. I will be finding it useful for an East coast venue sometime soon.
