The Class Rules Changes Q&A seems remarkably clear; reckon it is aimed primarily at a particular pair of olympic classes?

Case Book Updated 2014

ISAF has now published a 2014 Updated version of the Case Book that Includes the Casebook Supplement including the following Q&A rewritten as Cases:  13-005 B 002, 13-013 B 003, 13-015 B 004, 13-014 D 001, 13-006 E 001, 13-007 E 002, 13-008 E 003 , 13-009 J 003
