winging it was hoping to go but was waiting to see if anything broke (body-wise) at Datchet so she wouldn't deprive anyone of a place! However, it appears entries are now closed :-(

Was hoping to go, but noticed entries have closed.
Must have filled up pretty quick after the 5th December based on what is on their website.

Don't actually know of anyone going though, hence the question....

Online entry is closed -  filled up really quickly,  the GJW Direct SailJuice Winter Series Events are becoming very popular, and often over subscribed

We are compiling a reserve list,  please email Mike Ridley mike.ridley@sailracer.co.uk with your details and boat/sail number etc

It shows you need to be quick.  I went last year and had a great time, planned to go this year but was complacent about the entry.  It is another great winter event.

And I have now 'panic bought' my entries for the Steve Nicks, TT and BM, so here's hoping the knee recovers.

Daughter's doing it, crewing in a Mirror. Say's she's looking forward to it more than to Christmas! Thumbs Up
Other daughter would like to sail but her helm's not going Thumbs Down
I haven't got a suitable boat! LOL

Looks like it's going to be grim at Grimwith on Friday? (weather forecast). Sorry we could not be there this year, hope you all have a great days sailing.

On their Facebook page they say postponed until the 18th sad, but good to let people know early.

Yes YDSC have http://gjw.sailracer.org/eventsites/content.asp?eventid=179314&id=32360&blog=yes" rel="nofollow - confirmed the Brass Monkey has been postponed,  given the extreme weather forecast for tomorrow a sensible call.
