Most rediculous sailing quote? Take your pick from the many, many postings by Grumph.
Most predictable event? People complaining about the Sailjuice series on the internet when they haven't been within 100 miles of an event.

Best inland club has to be a tie between Hunts and Clywedog.
My favourite photo of the year is one I took of Ed's Jollyboat at Roadford in a good breeze

1.Don't know why but was drawn to that fireball shot mid tack, can't find it now
2.Best Video has to be sail rocket breaking 65kts
3.Worst, there are no worst
4.Most surprised winner me in one of our close spreadsheet events this year
5.Most surprised loser me ..ditto above
6.Redoubt, I love it down there, simply Bucolic.
7.Hythe, there's nowhere quite like it.
8. There was a really stupid comment on the Americas Cup, made by our Ben I'm not going to embarrass him further repeating it.
9. Sailjuice, there will be controversy
10. The best curry in the land can be tasted in Safron, Sandgate High Street, and I've eaten in the Curry Mile in Manchester and Brick Lane, we're lucky down here, so many Asian Influences from the Ghurkas and our locals accrued over the years.

18yrs ago I would have strongly disagreed, but as the best Curry house in Rusholme now appears to have been demolished then I'll let you have that one. Anything has got to be better than the sad excuses that pass as Curry houses in the Bristol area!

best inland club this year? Island Barn.....its the only one I've sailed at other than mine (which can be a pitiful waste sometimes). Nothing quite beats turning up for an open meeting to be met by the 45 degree slope to the launching area. Thank goodness for the cheerful bloke with the electric winch and rope combo. Good sailing though

I agree with IGRF, best video. Paul Larson and his sail rocket. Has anyone counted the f words? Worst video is the first attempt with you new Go Pro. I my case a close up of me looking into the camara lens. Not a pretty sight, as my wife helpfully comented!
