Hello

If you are close ton malicesine then Charles and Alison run a school and hire centre from he sailing club

From memory I think the business is called Europa Holidays

I've used WWWind in Malcesine, hired a Laser (that wasn't a Laser) and Solings on a couple of occasions but to be quite honest, although we had fun, I wouldn't recommend them. The Europa option looks much better.
