NS14 isn't it? Boom is long becuase of where to put an aft sheeted main (sort of laser style).

Thats what i thought looking at the poster but i didn't think NS14's had kites in a Taser Stylee but that has a symetric kite pole along the boom.

Lol no idea what boat it is but we do that to Cadets when the numpties have gone and put a hole into the boyancy tanks....

looks like it has sheet clips on each end and the jib's not fully battened like the pics on the class website

Sorry guys, I was in a bit of a rush yesterday.  Thought the picture was quite amusing.  It is an NS, quite an old one I think hence the jib not being fully battened.  And yes, it's a jib stick.  As mentioned earlier, the long boom helps with sheeting.  Hope to get mine on the water in a couple of weeks!  No pictures of it until its complete though.

The new ns14's still dont have fully batened jibs, at least my sailmaker mates' one dosent. looks to be a a pretty old boat, aero 7 or 8 hullshape.

God knows why it is up there.
