Loads of people talking about adding stuff, but few takers.  Just look at the number of members in less then a week!!! nearly 1000.  Guys get listing stuff, if its not used the attraction will go!  One thing please only advertise with a price, if you want offers give a suggested price like £20 or offers.  No price, no ad!

Yes.  I am a prolific boat bits buyer, but I'm not interested in an item unless I know what it's going to cost.  Without an indication of the price the ad is pointless.
the same, but different...

That's all very well if you have the remotest idea of what these things cost/are worth, which is why ebay and an auction was quite a good idea in the days it worked that way, the market finds its own level.

I've been racking my brains for something I may not need even though I've got so much stuff, my magpie nature just wont let go of it, the only thing I can think of is that jib pole, I've no idea where it came from, how much it's worth, so once more I just enter can't be asked mode.

Did I see there are a thousand on that Facebook doo dah, that's more than we see here, it's certainly a powerful media.

It is a powerful media, but also proves there is a big whole in the dinghy classified market.  How about if people cant value there second hand items asking on this forume what people think its worth.
