Hi southcoast! You might want to have a read of a couple of topics in Racing rules: There's also a thread about made-to-measure skiff harness in Skiff harness, under Dinghy Developement. I hope it's a starting point, but I'm sure a lot of people will be happy to repeat their advice! Good luck! (ps. If you can't see the various threads, extend the Active topics settings to "For the last six months". They should be there... You can also do a Search, much easier!)
