Can someone tell me what are the average charter prices for a boat like Bavaria 37, because I would like to buy one and rent it but I don't know how much would it take to regain my money ?

I suggest you try one of the yacht brokerages near where you plan to base the boat. They are bound to be aware of charter rates. They will also be able to advise you about tax, depreciation and other financial implications. You would also need to make sure your insurance company are aware that the boat is for charter.
