Why does it have to be 2nd hand? Is that some effed up dinghy thing, once a dinghiest, ever everything has to be used before purchase and only if loads of others use the same thing... I've probably got a used one suit a 32" waist if it absolutely has to be used and yes I've probably pee'd in it as well...
