Oh yeah, me. several years ago my sister bought be a T-shirt with big wave daves surf shack on it. a few years later when windsurfing I got mullered in a pathetically small shorebreak, and one of the guys shouted , that was a big wave dave!. It sort of stuck from there.

My name was really random, sadly there isn't a story about it!! Although I could make one up...
Once upon a time, there was a pirate, and she was bored and couldn't decide what to do. Suddenly, she had a brainwave - I know!! I'll call myself the sea falcon. And why was that?! Well, I can't really tell you, since I don't know myself, but I can asure you that for the purpose of this story, it was becuase she was threatened at knife point by her evil pirate enemy (whose name I forget) to write it in, and hoping she would live till at least her 20s, she typed her name in to Yachts and Yachting. The End

its a rebellion against the overuse of political correcness, and besides everyone knows kings are more important than queens (in chess at least).

Long time ago, I wanted to be a Posting Monarch, to end the King/Queen dichotomy. The best answer is to whizz through the next 100 postings and become Far too distracted from work! That's a claim to fame!
And Phil, have you noticed how life-like chess really is? The male of the species always nurtures illusions of grandeur.....

becoming snowperson so please stop that stupidity! i donīt feel

but my name has not a really interesting story. spot is just the name

Hello Folks
Spider here. Why spider? I was re-building a caravan at the time when Coronation Street had it's famous Eco Warrior "Spider". My brothers started calling me spider as a joke, and it's stuck. At the ripe old age of nearly 50 it's kind of funny when my nephews and nieces call me uncle spider. It wouldn't be bad if the bloomin' caravan worked out ok, but it ended up on the scrap heap.

Niaaaaarrhh! It's some kind of security that gets triggered when you post quite a few messages in a short period of time. It's very difficult to predict the timing of the anti-spamming, though. Sometimes, it'll let you post 10 times in a row, sometimes you get blocked after 4 messages. The only way is to wait a bit and try again.
When you feel you're likely to get the spam message, C&P your message before posting. It saves you typing it all over again next time!
