Hi im 15, i and weigh 8.5 stone. i currently sail a topaz tres and a dart 16. I am looking to get a singlehander for me to sail. The main thing i want is a trapeze. it must be rightable from a capsize without needing assistance. i am not looking to pay to much either, 1500-2000 max. any suggestions would be really appreciated. thamnks mike

Enough said but since you are only 8.5 stone at the moment it is worth mentioning that they can be reefed.

Your weight suggests "Int Moth". While there is no trapeze, I don't think you would be bored.

yeah an int oth sounds good! you won´t need a trapeze cos it´s funny enough without. i´m sailing one too at 9 stone and it works very well!

Older Moth or A Class........  depends what you want.  Cat or Mono.  Best advice, which ever is more plentifull in your area.

I'd get (and listen to) advice on whether the RS600 is practical at your weight. I see you have already been on the RS600 forum and they are the people who would know. Alternatively, eat more pies.
