hi all!
sorry to bring this topic up here cos it´s not really sailing related. i just heard about the attacks in the media and now i just wanted to ask if everyone is alright and still well. was just a bit concerned (and still am). hope you and your family, relatives friends are well and nothing happened to you.

Thanks for your concern. Everyone we know is safe and sound, even if the journey home from work took an awful long time for some!

I hope there won't be any sad news from anyone on the forum.

Everyone I know and work with is OK; took till 11 am this morning.

We must not let the terrorists win.

I'll be in London as usual on Monday.

Yeh I got woken up by people ringing me up asking me if I was ok and im glad to say that everyone I know is ok, though some people had a close call.

Yeah just shows how thoighless and dam right evil some people are.

My friend was very upset as the bus blew up opposite his dad's office and his dad was on the train to london that morning, luckily his train was told to stopp at Swindon, so he was VERY relieved.

everyone i know feels the same way. i think that the mayor and the pm have handled it very well. shocking pictures in the press though

yer i was on holiday and it was well scary to her some of my friends could have been on one of those trains!!  but they are ok and did ruin a day of sailing!!  the people that even think about doing things like that need stringing up!!  glad eveyones ok!!
