I'm not sure but the other day I saw someone standing in the middle of a roundabout having a wee. Made me laugh

Posted in the wrong thread.  But i will help anyway.

If you are a pikey you can park up, eat, pee and litter wherever you like because it is your lifestyle.

If you pay tax, national insurance, take pride in yourself, pay the council tax and do not do dodgy tarmac drives for old ladies then you cannot park on a roundabout

but mcdonalds constitutes a take away whereas a pic nic sugests preparation eg sandwhiches, fruit etc.  surely the view from a round about would be not too desirable ,  but hey someone that wants to risk crossing a roundabout to sit in the middle has serious thrill issues,  then again it does sound quite a cool thing to say you have done .. hmm im really curious now

wow how very politically correct .  nono pikies dont want to go on a roundabout because that is public land, they only find enjoyent from staying on your own privatley owned land!

Two things there, BWD:

- Please don't confine your input to the Dear Dave thread! It would be so selfish of you to starve us of your profund wisdom    .

- As for your infinite open-mindedness, your reply included in the quote tells it all...

BWD, WHAT A GUY!!!

This is a beauty!! Masterpiece of road design

Peter, if you can't see the wonders of it, you've never driven a car in heavy traffic.

And on that Swindon crazy creation, there would be a grand prize to whoever reaches the centre ALIVE!

Would it qualify as an Olympic sport?

Yeah but there's a little greenery inthe middle... Good to chill out in the shade, when you're fed up with the rat race. At least, before you enter the Swindon thing, you can see THE WHOLE PICTURE !! You know your exit, but haven't a clue how you're going to get there. Metaphor for life, eh??
