No-one makes them anymore. You'll either have to speak to a local sailmaker, or perhaps try contacting http://www.elvstromsails.co.uk/index.htm - Elvstrom UK to see if they have the patterns still or perhaps still have a very old "new" sail.

Sadly for you (though perhaps not for the sailing world at large) the Spice was a commercial flop, with well under 100 sold, mainly to commercial customers. Topper stopped producing them well before they stopped their other GRP boats.

The other place to ask would be the http://www.isoracing.org.uk/ - ISO Class asscociation - try asking on their forum, they might be able to help.

At the time, the Spice rig did look very much like the Iso's. Considering Topper were very good at recycling stuff, it would certainly be worth checking the dimensions.

You're not suggesting that the Spice was essentially a Buzz with an Iso rig are you?

It's more that the Iso guys know about the Spice, and are really the best people to speak to about the stillborn sister class.

Jesus, the poor guy just wants a sail, not a kicking about his boat choice.

Didn't feel I was being harsh? Just realistic- explaining why what he wants won't be simple.

The Spice WAS essentially a Buzz with an Iso rig, though they changed the inner moulding. I suspect things were changed around to make it all fit together better, too. I am very fond of Buzzes and Iso's, and I think with the changes that the Iso rig has had, the Spice could have been a great lightweight's twin trap boat, even if some on here will complain that it isn't Australian enough. Certainly no kicking from me, just a suggestion.
