the guy leading, charlie pitcher, JJ (insure & go), has done so all the way across, ahead of all the pairs and fours teams! we've been watching him over the last year or two row up and down the crouch, and now he's handing everyone an ass whooping!

This race is run by my Nieces other half (Woodvale).

I think it's more a show of mental strength than physical
strength.

Last I heard they had bought an Open60 to use as a support
boat!

The reason the single is winning, is because single boats
do not have the design restrictions placed on the that
the
doubles etc. do. So they place their high cabin at the
front where when the wind is right it catches the wind
and
pushes them along. The bigger boats arn't allowed to do
this. Or so Ive been told.

My friend is doing it with Lia ditton on Oarsome
challenge (Dream maker),
went with them to the boat show as they were trying to
scrounge free stuff and its amazing what they got.

Quagers although the design will have something to do with the
results I think that the size of his lead and the the fact that the other
solos are much further down the results table shows that he's been
beasting it more than the competition.
