My friend ordered a watch  from them back in May last year, 3 days before the nationals.

We had it in time, so in my experience, good!

I ordered an optimum time, i received it the next day but didn't like it. So i
ordered a Suunto and also received it the next day, sent back the optimum
and they refunded my card no problem.
Good service and good prices, so I would use them again

Just to add to this, I just ordered 20 Imray charts from them and they were delivered direct from Kelvin Hughes 2 days later via FedEx. So I'm really pleased as the charts were well discounted and the postage was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Sail GB for charts.

I did try another company http://www.chartroom-online.com - www.chartroom-online.com  and would NOT recommend them. They do show discounted charts but when I phoned them it was an answer phone and they never returned my call. Their displayed stock levels look rather suspect too.
