Hi All,

There is now just over 2 weeks until the 2009 East Coast Piers Race at Marconi Sailing Club.

There is FREE on site camping all weekend from Friday until Monday with a welcome BBQ on Friday night. There will be inshore racing starting from 1pm on the Saturday (27th) then the big race on Sunday (28th).

We also have brand new changing facilities at Marconi Sailing Club along with some fantastic raffle prizes including a Wildwind Sailing Holiday!

2 months away, who's coming to MSC Piers Race 2009.

Marconi SC have upgraded the club house changing and shower facilites, so come and see what has changed.

I'll be there; even if I have sold the boat!

I'm available to helm or Crew - I warn any helms, I am a far better Helm than crew!!!!!!

18 days to go before the ECPR weekend.

Anyone need a crew/helm, I know Ratface and Dave B are after a sail for this event.

Marconi has free camping on site from Friday through to the Monday, bar open every night and BBQ on the Friday night.

Was a very good event, as a member of the club who had a part to play I thought it ran very well.

Watching how the fog appeared and disappeared was interesting, a good call to those on the Race team for the decisions that they made.

If I recall next year the race is on Sunday 4th July 2010 (TBC)
