Firstly off to get some summer in New Zealand then I'll be back racing the Dart at the Winter Warm up at Datchet.  Its every weekend in Feb followed by the Dart singlehanders the first week of March i believe.  Visitors more than welcome with special rates for entry and storage.

Should be a good one.  last year we had quite a few darts out and the youth squad up.

It is worth pointing out that the Grafham Grand Prix will be organised differently this year. If we get 8 or more Fast Cats (SCHRS less than 1.14) then they will be treated as a fleet and their results will be calculated based on SCHRS ratings.

Similarly if we get 8 or more Medium Cats PY 782-1000 these will also get their own results and prizes.

Bob

There is a chance we could be there with the Capricorn, are we able to stay overnight in the camping field if we come up on the Saturday?

What about you GP, going to make the trip from Weston?

Best bet would be to call Grafham and ask.

I will be moving the boat to Datchet this weekend so it is ready for the start of the Datchet winter series. I have completed this event for the last 5 years and it is always good and well run. it gets the season off to a good start. Hopefully there should be a few F18's there for the 2009 series.

We will be at the Datchet Series in Feb in the F18 and i believe that quite a few more F18s will be using this series as a start to the season so should be a good cat turnout all round !

Good idea, that fat old Infusion is always going to struggle.  You got it pointing any higher than due south yet above a F3?

Hi Adrian

This the reply I got from the office

No sorry.  We don't include one day events as camping events.

The Old Manor or Shooter's Hollow may be available.

Regards
Pauline

If you want to follow up on these options the Grafham phone number is 01480 810478.

Cheers

We'll be doing the New Quay (West Wales) Frosbite series January - March on a Hobie Tiger, if we can find room to park it.  The sea is so much warmer than ponds at this time of year.

Have registered with Pauline so barring any last minute hitches will be there.  GP, you going to make the trip or nervous of the competition?  I'm told Adam beats you by a clear leg now.....

The closure date for the Grafham Grand Prix Entries is now 24 December - so you can make a late decision.

Cheers
