Our Stacey got it for me, it has the legend "If it aint wood it aint worth it"
on the back, quite what the relevance of that is I'm not sure it's something to do with Thanet harbour boat owners, stacey just thought I was an appropriate recipient. It would need to be made a tad more 'edgey' for our consumption as more sporty boat owners, on closer inspection the front logo is decidedly sailing cruiser it has two jibs for a start! Maybe I'll rehash it and see if I can call in a favor or two, it could be a sort of 'forum' recognition shirt, donate the funds to RNLI or something. In the meanwhile it's a usefull addition to my collection, not quite in the league of "Vote for Pedro" or "I facebooked your mum" but I shall take it to speedweek nonetheless.

Three of my boats are wood.....and none of those look particularly sporty. it might look a tad out of place in the contender boat park though, but then, so do ! ------------- the same, but different... |
