It is very sad.  Admittedly Weston is the pits, but piers are part of the British seaside tradition and are dying away.  Not good for the Weston traders at the start of the season either.

haha yeah got to love weston pier ... its good fun ... spent many a happy hour there a few years ago :[.

I believe we also tried to gain access at a silly hour in the morning.... haha... unsuitable story for here though...
