Having attempted to teach Stage 2 in a force 0 today I could do with some fresh ideas for games....they all know tag, paddling races, picking up the balls etc etc, has anyone got anything good, and new, for light winds and little children?

Was teaching Adult L1 and 2 today too, not a lot of wind either.

Have you done the tow behind the rescue boat round the lake? (kids love it!)

When you say picking up balls, you can chuck them in the water for them to pick up or you can tie an oppie to the upwind bouy and they have to drop them in the down wind oppie (attached to a bouy)

The Oppi Class have a load of games on their website - http://www.yachtsandyachting.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=3094&KW=sailing+games - Clicky (1.8mb) Worth downloading!
