| buy yourself a vinyl to MP3 deck. only about £60 from maplin.... and when you have done, lend it to me. I have boxes of 80s stuff I need on my MP3 player! |

the only decent Iron Maiden album is 'Iron Maiden' with the original front man Paul Di'AnnoPunk influence heavy rock. Not Bruce Dickinson's over blown Comic Rock! No No No! I wish I hadn't started this thread! Iron Maiden - forefront of the NWOBHM scene! Hey... I never said I had undying love for Kiss, I merely mentioned they were playing the 'Download Festival'! OK so I did see them in 78', 83', 84' But at least KISS are honest about there comic rock values! But you can also forget about any of the albums they did after 'Love Gun' - it all became Hair Spray Rock after that instead of just Comic Rock!  Ummm... as for Killers, it's about half good. To be fair most of this music is a little before my time Although i have a varied music taste I'll have you know It doesn't extend into as far as kiss or iron maiden. on the subject of age, i'm only 16 and saw em live couple of years ago, awesome band. but on the other hand, I don't wear the tee's much any more.

Technical Note The trouble with the USB deck is you have to record in real time. That can take a lot of spare time if you have a big collection. By the way Maplin now do a USB tape deck too. |
