Is http://www.intersail.co.uk - www.intersail.co.uk part of Y+Y?

If you go to it, it mirrors Y+Y website? Similar to http://www.dinghysailingmagazine.co.uk/ - DSM and http://www.dinghies4sale.com/ - D4S

Only I can get on the forum at work using http://www.intersail - intersail but the actual Y+Y forum is blocked at Work (AKA a School!)
