Does anyone have pictures of or own a box trailer that can take two boats above it, Laser or Oppi's for example? (reason - I want ideas to get my own made!!)

Pm me for email or post a pic here.

Thanks

Were you at the Tiger? There was a Ovi van with a double stacker and a box on the very top. Fit a B14 easily. Not got any pics though

the only problem with these is that you ahve to lift the boat on to the top. a much easier way is to buy a standard double stacker(of lifting for that matter). you then lash a tube on each side for sails/ spars etc. You then attach a car roof box on to the top layer of the double stacker. this means you can remove it if you ever need to carry 2 boats.
if you want to carry 2 boats all the time you can get an extension welded on the top to accomodate the tubes/ roof box.

Thanks for this, but the pictures are what I am after. The idea is to upturn two boats, a Pico and say a Laser or Topper and be able to permanetly lock the kit below so we can leave it at the club similar to what Cat sailors do. We have the room, so why not make use of it!

If anyone else has a box trailer with racking, a pic would be a great help.
Thanks
